Please be aware that the IRS classifies all such purchases as a non-tax-deductible political donation. Therefore, refunds are only allowed under certain circumstances.
In order for best compliance, PRC PAC will adhere to the following policies:
- Membership sign-up fees and monthly dues are non-refundable. The only exception concerns illegal donations which will be refunded in full.
- Virtual products and services are non-refundable.
- Merchandise is non-refundable, however, if PRC PAC is notified within 7 days of receipt of the product we will gladly exchange it or offer a PRC Store credit.

Some products cannot be shipped to a PO Box, therefore, we do not recommend using a PO Box for a shipping address.
