PRC ‘Paid Positions’ Compensation Plan

Unlike traditional unions, PRC PAC is a Political Action Committee and therefore places a high priority on transparency. Our Cell Leaders and Team Leaders are the rough equivalent of Shop Reps, Foremen, or Union Officials. These positions are invaluable to the organization and the time put into them deserves to be reimbursed. Instead of negotiating that compensation behind closed doors, however, we prefer to publish the various levels of potential reimbursement and tie it to performance. In this way we can eliminate the corruption of cushy 'do nothing' salaries and maintain trust amongst all PAC members.

The focus of any grassroots organization is to grow as large as possible as fast as possible. The efforts that are rewarded in the PRC ‘Paid Positions’ Compensation Plan include recruiting, organizing, training, motivating, and inspiring not only those members you personally recruit, but everyone on your team. Communicating with other leaders and team members is a big part of this.

The program is designed so that the larger your team (and the larger the total amount of donations received), the larger your potential income can be – but there are no guarantees… your income will be based on the results of your actions, not the amount of effort put in.

Having said that, it is possible to build significant residual income here – perhaps enough to compete with that of a top corporate executive. With PRC, however, no degree is required and no experience is necessary. How high can you climb?

The PRC ‘Paid Positions’ Compensation Plan encourages teamwork and team building. All members sit atop their own team, but are working with members ‘above’ them in the hierarchy as well as members ‘below’ them.

As new members are placed on your team (whether you or someone else sponsored them), they are given a position in a 4 x 7 forced matrix. This means that the first four members placed on your team will be on your 1st level (left to right). The next sixteen will be placed on your 2nd level, etc. until a full 7 levels are filled. 

As the chart indicates, a full matrix would have 21,844 positions filled with Active members. This could easily generate over $1 million per month in donations to the PAC (monthly dues are considered to be political donations).

PRC PAC is willing to pay each Qualified Team Leader up to 6% of each donation made on their team.

In an ideal world, every team member would give maximum effort to building the team. Experience tells us, however, that everyone brings a different level of motivation. Your leadership can make a difference. When you team up with other dedicated members you create a fun environment that can teach, inform, and motivate your team.

Getting started is as easy as 1 – 2 – 3

1) Become an IAM

Sign up or upgrade to the IAM (Independent Affiliate Member) level. Only IAMs or IAM(L)s are eligible to earn income in the PRC 'Paid Positions' program.

2) Activate Your Position

Have the satisfaction of knowing you're making a difference. Maintain a monthly auto-donation of $97. IAM(L)s are relieved of this requirement.

3) Qualify Your Position

Personally sponsor a minimum of four IPMs, IAMs, or IAM(L)s. They must be Active within the previous 30 days of commissionable transactions (rolling window).

Your personal recruits make up your ‘cell’ within the team. Your cell can include both IPMs and IAMs and you can build it as large as you want. 

Once your cell has at least four active members, you become a Team Leader (and Qualified). There is actually a separate ranking system devised around the size of your cell and these achieved ranks determine the maximum amount of commission overrides you can earn in a calendar month.

The Maximum Earnings Chart shows the monthly override cap for each rank.

In addition, each rank level requires an ever-increasing level of team building participation. Higher levels are expected to show initiative and be heavily involved in motivating and training team members.

Rank Definitions

NAD – Non-Affiliated Donor

  • When a non-member makes a non-membership purchase from the PRC Store, they are designated as a NAD
  • NADs are eligible to receive the PRC Newsletter
  • NADs do not receive a position in the matrix
  • NADs do not receive access to Patriot Place

Active IPM – Independent Participating Member

  • IPMs are the backbone of the movement.
  • Have previously purchased an IPM – Independent Participating Member kit
  • Currently maintaining a $29.95 per month auto-donation
  • IPMs receive a position in the matrix
  • IPMs have limited access to Patriot Place
  • Inactive IPMs, after a grace period (if any), will permanently lose their position in the matrix as well as all IPM privileges

Active IAM – Independent Affiliate Member

  • IAMs have previously purchased an IAM – Independent Affiliate Member kit
  • Currently maintaining a $97.00 per month auto-donation
  • IAM(L)s are active for life (no auto-donation required)
  • All other definitions of IAM also apply to IAM(L)s
  • IAMs receive a position in the matrix
  • IAMs have unlimited access to Patriot Place
  • Inactive IAMs, after a grace period (if any), will permanently lose their position in the matrix as well as all IAM privileges and rewards (financial or otherwise)

Team Leader (Qualified IAM)

  • Must personally be an Active IAM
  • Has created a Cell (personally sponsored at least four) with Active IPMs and/or IAMs that have maintained Active status within the previous 30 days
  • Has created a Cell that has produced a minimum of $1,200 in lifetime donations to the PAC
  • Is personally involved in leading their cell

Flag Bearer

  • Must personally be an Active IAM
  • Has created a Cell with at least six Active IPMs and/or IAMs that have maintained Active status within the previous 30 days
  • Has created a Cell that has produced a minimum of $3,600 in lifetime donations to the PAC
  • Is personally involved in leading their cell and Team

Minuteman

  • Must personally be an Active IAM
  • Has created a Cell with at least ten Active IPMs and/or IAMs that have maintained Active status within the previous 30 days
  • Has created a Cell that has produced a minimum of $7,200 in lifetime donations to the PAC
  • Is personally involved in leading their cell and Team

Spymaster

  • Must personally be an Active IAM
  • Has created a Cell with at least fifteen Active IPMs and/or IAMs that have maintained Active status within the previous 30 days
  • Has created a Cell that has produced a minimum of $14,400 in lifetime donations to the PAC
  • Is personally involved in leading their cell and Team
  • Donates time and/or money for training, organizing, motivating, and communicating with their Team
  • Demonstrates participation and cooperation with PRC PAC to promote our interests
  • Attends Regional and National events

Ambassador

  • Must personally be an Active IAM
  • Must have IAM(L) membership status
  • Has created a Cell with at least twenty Active IPMs and/or IAMs that have maintained Active status within the previous 30 days
  • Has created a Cell that has produced a minimum of $32,400 in lifetime donations to the PAC
  • Is personally involved in leading their cell and Team
  • Donates time and/or money for training, organizing, motivating, and communicating with their Team
  • Demonstrates participation and cooperation with PRC PAC to promote our interests
  • Attends Regional and National events
  • Exercises good faith participation in the PRC Executive Leadership Counsel

Compensation Plan Definitions

Patriot Place

Patriot Place is the name given to the members-only area of the http://members.primarytherulingclass.com website, including the PRC Deep-dive Political Research Archives and private social media network

4 x 7 Forced Matrix

  • Every new IPM, IAM, or IAM(L) is given a position in the PRC ‘Paid Positions’ matrix
  • All 1st levels in the hierarchy are a maximum of four positions wide and overrides are earned on membership fees and dues through seven levels deep
  • New members are positioned from left to right in the first available position below them in the matrix

Spillover

Spillover occurs when a member above you in the genealogy sponsors someone and that new member is positioned below you on your team. Spillover is not guaranteed and appropriate appreciation to the sponsor should be shown

Cell

All personally sponsored and Active IPMs, IAMs, and IAM(L)s constitute a member’s ‘Cell’

Team

All members that have been placed into one of the 21,844  positions available in a member’s 4 x 7 Forced Matrix hierarchy

Fast Start Bonus

  • Active IAMs can receive an $100 bonus when they personally sponsor a new IAM into PRC
  • Bonus is also awarded for upgrades

Earned Commissions

  • Refers to all bonuses, adjustments, and overrides credited to a member from participation in the PRC ‘Paid Positions’ Compensation Plan
  • All Earned Commissions will be allocated to a member’s PRC Wallet

 

Earned Commissions are Paid Monthly

  • PRC Wallet payouts for the previous month will be calculated and processed no later than the 10th day of the following month
  • An IAM must be Active and Qualified (as applicable) to have Earned Commissions processed
  • An IAM that maintains an unqualified status throughout the month immediately following disqualification, will have all unallocated Earned Commissions re-donated to the PAC
  • An IAM that goes inactive will have a 10 day grace period to reactivate their status – failure to reactivate will result in all unallocated Earned Commissions being re-donated to the PAC
  • At the PAC’s discretion, Earned Commissions are paid out via check and/or online system (example: PayPal or Stripe)
  • The Earned Commission balance in the PRC Wallet must exceed $25 to be paid out
  • Earned Commissions remaining in the PRC Wallet for more than 180 days are considered to be re-donated to the PAC
  • Checks not cashed within 90 days of being issued are void and those Earned Commissions are considered to be re-donated to the PAC
  • A $10 processing fee will be deducted from each payout

The 50% Cap

When and if the PRC ‘Paid Positions’ program creates total Earned Commissions in excess of 50% of membership revenues for any given pay period, the company has the right to adjust the bonuses paid to have a maximum of a 50% allocation

 

PRC Wallet

  • From the PRC Wallet in the Patriot Place back office, a member may manage their Earned Commissions
  • A member may designate any portion of their Earned Commissions into a one-time coupon or coupons (coupon code)
  • Coupons may be re-donated back to the PAC, used in the PRC Store, designated to offset future monthly auto-donations, or given as a gift to other members or prospects (example: a coupon can be used to offset a prospect’s initial sign-up fee)
  • Coupons are only valid for as long as the issuing IAM or IAM(L) is Active
  • IPMs may not generate coupons or receive payouts – any Earned Commissions displayed in an IPM’s PRC Wallet are for demonstration purposes only
  • Refunds or redesignation of Wallet Coupons is not permitted
  • There is no processing fee associated with a Wallet Coupon

One Position Per Person; Two Positions Per Household

  • Each member is limited to owning and controlling one position in the 4 x 7 Forced Matrix of the PRC ‘Paid Positions’ Compensation Plan
  • Spouses of members may acquire their own membership and position
  • There is a maximum of two memberships allowed per household
  • Memberships are not transferrable without the written consent of PRC PAC

Upgrading Membership Status from IPM to IAM

  • The upgrade can be initiated from the member’s Patriot Place back office
  • The member will be required to pay the prorated difference between the IPM signup fee and the IAM signup fee
  • The member will be required to pay the prorated difference between the current month’s IPM auto-donation (membership dues) and the current month’s IAM auto-donation (membership dues)

Downgrading Membership Status from IAM to IPM

  • The downgrade can be initiated from the member’s Patriot Place back office
  • No refunds will be given for any prorated difference between the IAM signup fee or auto-donation (membership dues) and the new IPM signup fee and auto-donation (membership dues)
  • All allocated or unallocated Earned Commissions and coupons will be donated back to the PAC
  • A downgrade occurring anytime during the calendar month will be deemed effective as of the first day of that month
  • The new IPM’s position in the matrix will not be affected

Slow-Mover Penalty

If an IPM has not upgraded by the last day of the month immediately prior to the position’s potential Earned Commissions equaling or exceeding the amount of monthly auto-donation required for an IAM to remain Active, Earned Commissions for that position can only commence starting after the third full month of upgraded Active IAM status

All members are strongly encouraged to review the entire Terms and Conditions, including this PRC ‘Paid Positions’ Compensation Plan at regular intervals.
